 To improve the lives of people struggling with the impact of the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Odisha. Provide treatment, education and psycho-social support to help these victims achieve their full life potential.

 Enhance community access to different needed resources and build their capacity to make its optimal utilisation through effective implementation and good governance.

 Promote effective coordination and collaboration with development network agencies at all levels to support its micro & macro initiatives, action research and various developmental interventions in the state.

 Encourage Equity and gender being integrated in most of the organisational interventions focusing women takes the lead on all fronts, mobilising resources and making decisions through gender friendly programs. Conserve environment & ecology for better livelihoods and sustainable development.

 Work for poorest of the poor and the disadvantaged communities in the interior rural and tribal areas including urban slums.

 Encourage Participatory development in all its program interventions.

 Maintain honesty and transparency in project implementation.

 Maintain Equity and Gender in all developmental efforts
