Small group commenced working towards benefit of a larger group in tribal and backward region of Odisha States under this name Social Awareness Institution in 1995 .It has been created to repeat the process of development and delimit the scope of professionalism in development sector. The evolution has been taken a shape of a well-planned articulation of development & its process in area, with a view to organizing and implementing various developmental projects mainly directed to address the problems of health, poverty, illiteracy, hunger, insecurity and environmental crisis. It is intended to provide innovative services and solutions in response to development problems, issues and projects Millennium Development Goals (MGD -1-9) at local, national and international level with a mission to promote and establish prosperous, happy and healthy living environment for the people everywhere on a sustainable basis. The organization is also well-known for its media advocacy and networking activities on various diverse fields especially focus on HIV aids, migration and poverty .In fact, our initiatives are targeted to help improve sustainable community living by joining hand with the Funding Agency to help them advance their welfare and development initiatives and resources to the needy, weaker, distressed and disadvantaged families inhabiting within and around their operational areas. We emphasize on innovative and integrated approach to address to the issues with the active participation of all the relevant stakeholders including the targeted community members.

Sri Ashok Kumar Hota a dynamic with a result oriented project management personality having 30 years of experience with in implementing his skills in health ,agriculture, livelihoods, microfinance, capacity Building, training, advocacy in HIV/AIDs, disaster emergencies, relief , corporate social responsibility ,social service, gender related identity, education for youth and child . He has done professionalism in conceptualizing projects, Designing, Evaluation (qualitative and quantitative), and Network building, and leading organisations that are start-ups and establish them in their respective arena with specific brand credibility. His other strengths are good quality of approaching and raising funds from Government Agency, companies, trusts, partners/donors, within India and abroad. His strong ability to communicate and develop effective working relationships with all the key Stakeholders .Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi with high capacity in written as well as in presentation skills.
